Support
Help to get started with XLitePlayer and to solve the most common problems.
Before you start
XLitePlayer is only a player: it does not include channels, movies or series, and we do not sell accounts or playlists. To use it you need an account with a provider that works with XLitePlayer, which will give you three things: a provider code, a username and a password.
Getting started
- Install XLitePlayer from your TV's app store.
- Open it and accept the terms of use and the privacy policy.
- Enter the provider code, username and password your provider gave you, and select "INGRESAR" (Sign in).
The app's screens are in Spanish.
Common problems
"No existe un proveedor con ese código" (no provider with that code). Check the code: it must be exactly the one your provider gave you.
"El usuario o la contraseña no son correctos" (wrong username or password). Check upper case, lower case and spaces. If they still do not work, ask your provider to check your account.
"El servicio de tu proveedor no responde" (your provider's service is not responding). Your provider's server is unavailable. Wait a few minutes and try again; if nothing changes, contact your provider.
"Tu proveedor no tiene accesos disponibles" (your provider has no access available). Your provider has to enable access for your TV. Contact your provider.
A channel or movie does not load. Video comes directly from your provider. Try another channel; if none works, check your internet connection or ask your provider.
I want to use another account. Select "Cambiar cuenta" (Switch account) in the main menu. There you can add another account, sign in with a saved one or remove the ones you no longer use.
Where to find the MAC or installation ID
It is shown at the bottom of the sign-in screen: the MAC on Samsung and LG, and the installation ID on other TVs. Include it when you write to us.
Contact
Write to soporte@xliteplayer.com with your TV's brand and model, the MAC or installation ID and a description of the problem. We will reply as soon as possible, in Spanish or English.
Questions about your account, payments or content should go to your provider.
