Terms of Use
The terms for using XLitePlayer on your TV.
Effective from November 7, 2026.
These terms govern the use of XLitePlayer, the TV app by ArkanoDevs. By accepting them on the TV or by using the app, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The Spanish version is the reference text; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. What XLitePlayer is
XLitePlayer is a video player for TVs. It does not include, sell or host channels, movies, series or playlists, and ArkanoDevs does not offer or recommend any content. To use the app you need an account with a provider that gives you a provider code, a username and a password.
2. Your provider
Your provider is independent of ArkanoDevs and is solely responsible for the content it offers you: for holding the rights and licenses to distribute it, for its quality, availability and price, and for supporting you with its service. Your relationship regarding content is with your provider. ArkanoDevs does not control or review that content and is not responsible for it.
Your TV's access depends on your provider: the provider decides whether your account is active and for how long. If your provider stops its service or is no longer available in XLitePlayer, the app will not be able to play its content.
3. Permitted use
You may use XLitePlayer for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:
- use it only with content you have the right to watch, respecting copyright and the laws of your country;
- not use it to access content without the authorization of its rights holders;
- not copy, modify, decompile or redistribute the app, except as the law allows;
- not interfere with our servers or try to access other users' data.
4. Copyright
We respect intellectual property. If you hold rights and believe a provider uses XLitePlayer to distribute your content without authorization, write to soporte@xliteplayer.com with details of the content and the provider (its code, if you know it). We may suspend or remove any provider's access to XLitePlayer.
5. Price
Downloading and using XLitePlayer costs you nothing, and the app has no purchases or ads. Whatever you pay for content, you pay to your provider under its terms.
6. License
ArkanoDevs grants you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to install and use XLitePlayer on your TVs as long as you comply with these terms. The app, its design and the XLitePlayer brand belong to ArkanoDevs. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their owners.
7. Availability and changes
We provide XLitePlayer as is and as available. We may update it, change its features or stop offering it, and interrupt the service for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Updates arrive through your TV's app store.
8. Suspension
We may suspend or block the access of a TV or a provider that breaches these terms or the law, or that puts the service at risk.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArkanoDevs is not liable for providers' content, for failures or interruptions of their services, of your internet connection or of your TV, or for indirect damages. Nothing above limits the rights given to you by the consumer protection law that applies to you.
10. Privacy
We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version in the app and at xliteplayer.com/en/terms, with its date. If the change is significant, the app will ask you to accept it again.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Disputes will be settled before the competent courts of Peru, without prejudice to the rights your country's law gives you as a consumer.
